Service scope
Available capacity on return routes: scope and terms.
Every order is verified individually based on route, dates, cargo parameters and special requirements.
A vehicle where your cargo is
After deliveries in Germany and other countries, our vehicles return to Poland. If you have cargo ready for pickup on a return route, we can take it without waiting for a vehicle to be sent from Poland.
How it works
- You provide the place and date the cargo is ready, and the delivery place.
- We check whether we have a vehicle nearby or on the route at that time.
- We confirm the vehicle type, loading window and terms.
- We carry out the transport and inform you of delivery.
Who it is for
- forwarders looking for a subcontractor “right now” in Germany;
- shippers in Frankfurt and the surrounding area with cargo for Poland;
- companies that want quick vehicle placement without an empty run.
Enquiry details
- loading place (country, city, postcode);
- date and times of readiness;
- delivery place and date;
- number of pallets or items, weight, dimensions;
- type of cargo and requirements (curtainsider, tail lift, stacking).
What to know before you enquire
- Availability varies. A vehicle on a return route appears when we finish another order in the area. The sooner you ask, the greater the chance of a match.
- Ongoing cooperation. If you regularly have cargo from Germany to Poland, let us plan it together with our runs — see dedicated vans and part loads.
Frequently asked questions
Available capacity on return routes — questions and answers
General answers. Details of each order are always confirmed individually.
What is available capacity?
These are vehicles that, after a delivery in Germany or another country, return to Poland and can take a load on the return route. For the shipper it means a vehicle available quickly, without waiting for one to be sent from Poland.
How do I know a vehicle is available?
Availability changes daily and depends on the orders being carried out. That is why we do not publish a list of vehicles — we confirm availability by phone or email for a specific date and route.
What vehicles appear on return routes?
Most often standard trailers and vans up to 3.5 t, usually in Germany (including the Frankfurt am Main area). We confirm the vehicle type and equipment for the given date.
Is a return load cheaper?
The quote depends on the route, the date and the cargo parameters; we do not give rates in advance. Ask, stating the ready date and the loading place — we will reply whether we have a vehicle and on what terms.
