Deliveries for defence-sector suppliers

We handle enquiries from manufacturing and trading companies supplying equipment to military units and defence plants: full truckloads, dedicated vehicles and urgent short-notice deliveries. We cooperate with companies from NATO countries delivering in Poland and across Europe.

Dual-use goods

We accept enquiries for the carriage of dual-use items: components, sub-assemblies and equipment with both civil and military applications. Exports of such items outside the European Union are governed by Regulation (EU) 2021/821 — the exporter obtains the export authorisation. Our role is carriage in line with the documents and agreeing before the order which documents must accompany the cargo. Where the route requires customs clearance, we can arrange it with our network of partner customs agencies in Europe — the scope is confirmed for each order.

What we agree before the order

• loading and unloading points and the entry procedure at the consignee’s site;
• driver and vehicle requirements written into the order;
• accompanying documents, including export authorisations where required, and persons authorised to receive the goods;
• delivery date and time window;
• communication rules during carriage and confidentiality rules for cargo information.
