A full load, one operational point of responsibility

We organise full-truckload transport in Poland and Europe. Before carrying it out, we verify the cargo parameters, the requirements of the loading and delivery sites, and the availability of a suitable unit.

Destinations

Enquiries we handle include Germany and the DACH region, Scandinavia, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Balkans.

Information needed for a quote

  • exact route;
  • date and times of operations;
  • number of pallets, weight and dimensions;
  • type of loading;
  • special requirements of the site or consignee.

What to know before you enquire

  • The CMR note is the basic document of international road carriage. Complete details in the note (sender, consignee, description of goods, number of packages, weight) make delivery and any claims easier.
  • The carrier’s liability limit for loss of goods under the CMR Convention is 8.33 SDR per kilogram of gross weight short. For cargo worth more than this limit, discuss a declaration of value (Art. 24 CMR) and the scope of cargo insurance before the order; we agree the terms individually.
  • Reservations at delivery: visible damage — straight onto the note; non-apparent damage — in writing within 7 days of delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays); delay — within 21 days. These deadlines protect your claim.

Frequently asked questions

FTL full-truckload transport — questions and answers

General answers. Details of each order are always confirmed individually.

What document accompanies international FTL transport?
The international CMR consignment note. It includes, among other things, the details of the sender, carrier and consignee, the place and date of taking over the goods, a description of the cargo, the number of packages and the gross weight. Details are in the article on the CMR consignment note (Polish only).
Up to what amount is the carrier liable for loss of goods?
In international carriage the CMR Convention limits compensation for total or partial loss of goods to 8.33 SDR per kilogram of gross weight short. For high-value cargo, the sender may declare the value of the goods in the consignment note — we agree this before the order.
What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Enter visible damage as a reservation on the consignment note at delivery; report non-apparent damage in writing within 7 days of delivery (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and delay within 21 days of the goods being placed at the consignee’s disposal. It is worth taking photos and counting the items in the driver’s presence.
Does a 13.6 m unit fit within the limits without permits?
According to the summary of Directive 96/53/EC, the standard EU values are: articulated vehicle length 16.50 m, width 2.55 m, height 4.00 m, combination weight 40 t; for a specific unit we verify them against current regulations. Cargo extending beyond these dimensions is already oversize transport.
